My students are very enthusiastic about hands-on learning. My spring makerspace gives them an opportunity to engage in science, technology, engineering, art, and math (STEAM) in a way that is challenging, fun, creative and collaborative. I am always amazed at how they naturally help and support their classmates as they learn together. It is a real team building experience. The photo shows our Squishy Circuits station from our spring 2017 makerspace. I am very excited to begin our new stations in April 2018.

About my class
