Kindergarten students are full of energy and excitement to be at school. They have a difficult time channeling that energy in a positive way, since they come with little or no school experience. Being able to choose a seat that allows for some wiggles while learning will greatly improve students' focus. Having the opportunity to work in a non-traditional seat or on the floor will allow students to successfully complete work. A variety of locations to complete work will allow my kindergarten students to have a smoother transition into the school atmosphere. My young students will be able to build their stamina to complete work. These stools, cushions, and clipboards will make my classroom an inviting and comfortable place to learn, where every student can find a place that works best for them. It is my goal to provide every individual student with an atmosphere that breeds success.
