My wish is to be able to have a nice big carpet area in my classroom where my students can come together to sit, learn and share ideas, not only in the fundamental learning but also in learning through play. I use my carpet area for most of my teaching time as well as small group and play time. I don’t want my students to feel uncomfortable on the floor otherwise they won’t be focused on learning. This would provide a my students to have a better learning opportunity and allow them to feel comfortable and willing to share with their classmates.
