In my gym class we currently only have a few items. This supplies will help my student stay active and participate in various activities throughout the school year. Most of our equipment that we do have is old and damaged. With this equipment we are able to have stations and the students will be able to stay active doing activities they are interested in. My students have asked for various equipment items on station days and with this donation they will be able to enjoy what they are doing while playing something they can take with them into adulthood. The goal of physical education is to educate the student on how to live a healthy lifestyle and the first step is to show them how with the basics.
