The iPad tablets will provide my students with the opportunity to acquire English language skills. It offers many great applications that target all of the language domains: reading, writing, listening and speaking. My students will practice speaking skills by recording video clips and voice memos that they will share with their peers. They will also be given the chance to listen and read digital storybooks to enhance their reading comprehension skills. When in doubt, they will be able to search for visuals for words they have difficulty understanding. I believe the tablets will help my students be more engaged in lessons and provide them fun activities that involves technology.
