These materials will meet the basic needs of my students. My students need notebooks, folders, dividers, and paper to keep their interactive activities in one place for English Language Arts and Social Studies. They also need the composition notebooks for journal writing. The privacy shields will help my students concentrate better while taking assessments in the classroom. It will also give them some much needed privacy to do their best. My students will also need an electric pencil sharpener for the classroom to keep their pencils in tip top shape! Educational Games keep students engaged while secretly learning! These games are a fun way for students to use grammar skills to beat their opponents while learning. Students will use Expo markers in shared writing activities on the large classroom white board and on the individual marker boards. Index cards are an easy way to support students learning of basic skills and vocabulary. Hand sanitizer and facial tissue will help to keep students well, reduce the spread of germs, and keep my students at school. To most people, these items are just a part of going to school but for my students it can be a huge burden on my families. These items will not only help my students academically but also help their families finically. I am very grateful for all donations and I look forward to being able to distribute these supplies to my students.
