My special education classroom consists of nine inquisitive high school students who are motivated to learn. My students have varying disabilities, from moderate intellectual disabilities to Down syndrome. They all benefit from having a curriculum and materials adapted to their individual needs. We focus on financial math, language arts, social studies and current events, science, social skills and life skills in our daily lessons.
