Hello! I teach 3rd grade at Oklahoma School for the Blind. All of my students have a visual impairment and I have some students that use Braille as their main mode of learning. Because of the pandemic, we have been online virtual learning this year. Braille tactile teaching tools are important for my students to interact with what we are learning and to be able to grasp a concept we have introduced. Many of these items cannot be bought at common stores and families don't have access to them. I like to send home manipulates to help them understand concepts in all academic areas while we are virtual learning.
