I currently teach a varied selection of English courses at Pathways High. This is a brand new charter school where we are beginning our second year. We are an innovative standards based and project based school. What makes us so unique is the fact that we are focusing students on learning and achieving real life skills to prepare for college, career, and life. One of our major focuses next year is literacy and writing. We are hoping to implement a twenty minute reading program each day after lunch to help students increase a love for reading. Through this program we are searching for book donations of a large variety to help all students access literature that they love. We appreciate any and all donations to help make our school more successful.
