"If a child can’t learn the way we teach, maybe we should teach the way they learn." ~Ignacio Estrada My students learn best through multi-sensory teaching and technology. I would love for my students to have the opportunity to work independently on skills using tablets in a center! We will be addressing the different ways children learn. There is strong evidence that educational technology complements what a great teacher does naturally. It extends their reach. It also broadens the student experience by taking them places they may not otherwise be able to go. Adding technology will provide confidence to the bilingual children through individualized listening and reading opportunities. By donating to our project, you will not only help to improve and increase student attention and focus, you will ultimately help to increase their academic achievement.
