In my classroom, student needs are the driving force in the way the class runs. Students work collaboratively and I act as a facilitator of learning rather than the know-er of all information. I provide my students with opportunities to problem solve together and grow in their understanding as a group. I am always on a mission to find up to date information on the most recent research and the best teaching and learning practices. I am always trying new and innovative activities to support various learning styles and needs.
