My students are learners who benefit from differentiated instruction and thrive in small group settings. They possess a diverse range of abilities, learning styles, and backgrounds, which makes it essential to tailor lessons to meet their individual needs. Many of my students require additional support, whether it be through modified materials, varied instructional strategies, or targeted interventions. By providing small group instruction, I am able to offer more personalized attention, foster meaningful connections, and create a supportive learning environment where each student can progress at their own pace. This approach allows me to address specific learning gaps, build on students’ strengths, and encourage active participation, ensuring that every student has the opportunity to succeed and reach their full potential.
