My students will use the Surface Pro to research and learn about the voting process in the United States. They will be able to learn about the voting process and their civic duty through research. They will also be reading books about our right to vote. The Surface Pro will allow my students to find books and stories on their reading level that interest them but that teach them about the voting process and their civic duty. Not everyone will have to read the same book at the same time. The Surface Pro can also help us hold a classroom election, and we can watch as the votes come in after we exercise our right to vote.
