I am hoping to raise enough money to receive iPad stands and earbuds for all of our students. If this project is funded, the students will be able to see their iPads as they type their papers. Also, they will be able to listen to sources they are using to write about. At the moment, the fifth graders, have a hard time typing their papers, because they can not hold the iPad up to type. Also, the students will have the opportunity to use technology that they would not be able to use without the earphones, because the sound from some programs disturb other students.
