My students are unique in their learning needs and as their teacher, I want to offer them as many options as possible to help them on their learning journey. I can accomplish this through comfy, comfortable seating, wobble stools for the wiggles, bouncy chair bands and portable desks for mobile learning. Differentiated seating options make for a customized and optimized student learning experience. By giving students ownership of their individual needs and control of their learning outcomes, they are able to learn more effectively and feel more positive about their experience. They can be more creative, think critically, have more compassion for differences and take care of themselves. A win-win-win!
