My students have limited experience with technology integration in the classroom. It is very difficult to utilize the vast array of digital apps and platforms when 27 students have to share one laptop and one Kindle. I have been to several tech-integration trainings and am ready to bring new teaching methods to my classroom. My students are learning to use Google Suite to create and share reading presentations, conduct research, and apply math skills. One iPad would begin to build our tech-library and expand the variety of apps and platforms available to my students. An iPad would help me deliver vibrant lessons and help assess student understanding. Most importantly, it will give my students a chance to experience the power of technology in the classroom and unleash their creativity and learning potential. And dare I say, make learning fun! Please help my class join the ever-expanding world of technology. They deserve the chance to prepare themselves for 21st-century living and learning.
