Our school is located in a low socioeconomic area. Many of our students are economically disadvantaged and lack appropriate social experiences. My goal as their educator is to enrich them academically and emotionally. Our students have access to Chromebooks. One of the specific uses is language development for our English Language Learners. The students also listen to the language arts curriculum online, access stories read aloud and use a program to help some catch up with skills and close the achievement gap. The students are equipped to individually succeed in our changing technological world with your help. Your support is not just monetary, it means that someone else out there in the world cares for them as much as I do. The students, with adequate donations, will feel accomplished and happy. Our students are taught to take pride in their work. We as a class are grateful for any support that is provided.
