These LEGOs will continue to enhance my students learning by being utilized across all subject areas. Currently, my classroom is a place where we try to be creative when problem-solving, and since my students struggle in the areas of reading, writing, and math, building with LEGOs to coincide with concepts currently being taught will benefit them in a way for them to express their thoughts and ideas. The LEGOs will initially start off as a way for them to build various story elements in stories that we read. This will be a wonderful way to not only check for their understanding, but also utilizing a hands-on way to make progress with reading comprehension. Following the build, the students will then have to write about their build explaining it utilizing good sentence structure.
