My students are from diverse backgrounds and all of my students are brilliant music makers, and are truly excited to learn. I have students that are driven by music so much, that it's what keeps them coming to school, when they otherwise might not be motivated enough to attend. It is my goal to give each of them every opportunity I can to facilitate their learning and their passion. I have offered several enrichment opportunities, like playing tin whistle, or recorders, or folk dancing, and lessons on GarageBand, to diversify and differentiate to the needs and desires of the students. Having more instruments for them to play would help us out immensely with this goal. My students are rock stars, and I want only the best opportunities for them.
