I am requesting storage for my students' folders in the classroom and chart paper to display math problems around the room during group work. Group work around the room helps with teaching teamwork while practicing the math standards at the same time. My students enjoy around the room activities to practice math skills but it is hard to write on paper when the students are not at their desks. I am requesting to get a classroom set of clipboards to make it easier to move around the room and complete the math problems. My students are also engaged when using individual whiteboards to solve math problems. We have used the whiteboards so much we have used up our current set of dry erase markers and are now in need of some new ones. The last item I am requesting for my students is a set of collaborative cards to use during group work time.
