My students and I are very excited to have been given the opportunity to have iPads in our classroom. By donating to our project, you will not only help to improve student access to new technology you will also provide opportunities to learn through the use of technology and ultimately help to enhance their academic success. I am excited knowing that this technology corner will provide numerous new learning opportunities for my students. Having flexible seating such as beanbag chairs will allow them to find a comfortable space in our class to focus on reading passages in order to improve their comprehension and fluency. It is important that they are comfortable and confident while using this new technology learning corner. Having protective cases on the IPads will allow the students to use them without fear of dropping or breaking them. My students must keep up with the latest technology in education to ignite their interest in literature, writing, and technology.
