Our students need your support to succeed! The school population includes students from diverse ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. The school student population includes Hispanic students (24%), Asian students (12%), Black students (29%), White students (28%), multiracial students (3%), and students whose race and ethnicities have been labeled as undefined (4%). Major changes in our student population include the number of students with limited English proficiency, including students who speak Spanish, Chinese, and Urdu languages, and the number of students with special needs. In addition, out of approximately 450 total students, there are 365 (81%) with free/reduced lunch status. To meet the needs of our constantly changing, diverse student population, as well as, each student's needs and learning styles, it is important for us to provide resources to impact student learning and achievement.
