Technology is a crucial part of any effective 21st century classroom. Access to technology plays a huge part in the long term success of students, and I need to make sure that my kids have everything that they need to be successful. EVERY kid deserves the tools to succeed. That means my ESL students, my reluctant readers, my creative writers, my math-minded kids, my problem solvers. All of them. These Chromebooks would be used during every aspect of our day, in more ways than I can count! For each part of our day, there will be a technology piece to support our learning. Listening and decoding practice during Readers Workshop. Researching and typing during Writers Workshop. Practicing math facts and problem solving during Math. Exploring and Investigating during Science, Social Studies, and Health. The opportunities are endless, and all stem from these 5 Chromebooks.
