Please help support my girls! I teach at an all-girls school in New York City, and my students are mostly African-American or Hispanic. Many of them are eligible for free or reduced lunch. Despite their socioeconomic disadvantages, though, my students are eager to make music and they are motivated to learn. They love to perform, and through the study of music they develop their identities and connect with their own cultures. I hope you will consider helping us!
