Balance discs are best for students with focusing problems. As a teacher of 6th graders, with many more boys in my class than girls, I see students have a difficulty concentrating on their lessons due to uncomfortable chairs and flickering lights. These balance discs will help alleviate some of the issues that distract my students. Each student will be provided with balance discs that increase their focus. In addition to helping my students focus, some students that have ADHD will be able to get out their extra energy that prevents them from hearing and comprehending what occurs in the classroom. The movement that is minimal, but crucial while taking notes, enables them to continue learning even in a class that has to sit for a while.
