My students are excited six and seven year old children yearning for knowledge. They are curious about the world around them and excited to learn. They love to see pictures and read words that teach them about the unknown or make them laugh. Some of my students are just beginning to read and some of my students are well on their way. Most of my students come come low socio-economic homes and do not have the luxury of books at home. School is the place where they can enjoy books.
