This project will provide a different type of tool to enable students to focus while improving their basic reading, writing, and math skills. When you have difficulty reading, as well as difficulty sitting still and focusing, it is a struggle to be successful in the classroom! I am requesting stress balls, putty, fidgets, inflatable seating, and bendable pencils to create a classroom environment that promotes learning of basic skills while students feel comfortable being who they are! I'm asking for different types of fidgets as well as putty and stress balls, which can be used by all students. I'm also asking for an inflatable chair where students can read with a buddy or independently. I'm so excited to offer tools to help students focus and help them feel successful! These items will allow students to wiggle and relax as they delve into the world of basic skills and find success within themselves!
