My students need a classroom where they can learn through play! Using planned activities my students will be able to interact with one another through purposeful play activities. I can create the center goals and activities for my students using a Cricut. Preschool learners at this age need visual cues to help them succeed in activities. The English Language learners of my classroom also need visual aids to help them succeed at tasks and further their development of language acquisition. My students are in need of materials that will allow them to use their imagination and socialize with one another while they are learning. In the dramatic play area, children take orders from menus and exchange money using math concepts. In our block areas the children will be able to recreate famous buildings using STEM based building cards that I will create for them. The Cricut will allow me to make a linear calendar that will teach the children counting in a more developmentally appropriate manner for 3 and 4 year olds! This project will bring life to the learning in our classroom as the learning centers will demonstrate clear visual learning objectives to the children.
