My students are in need of a library of leveled books at both their instructional reading level and independent reading level. These books will successfully allow my students to continue to improve their literacy skills. During reader's workshop, students will spend their days reading independently, with partners, and in small groups. Students will also be reading in book clubs, so they will need sets of chapter books on their reading level. By providing my class with a variety of types of leveled books, students will be able to read on their specific reading levels ensuring success for each individual student.
