Although I am the Math and Science teacher, I plan on using this book to read it aloud during our downtimes at the end of a lesson, during lunch (since we have to eat in our classrooms due to COVID), during homeroom, and any spare second in between. I know my students are not on grade level, so that is why it is important they have a physical copy to follow along with, but for me to read it out loud for the class to experience the story without fear of being unable to read it or being forced to read it out loud. This will give them a low-stress way to read a story and to discover how fun books can be.
