Many of my 3rd grade students are kinesthetic learners and require movement to help maintain focus throughout the school day. My students need different seating options to replace traditional classroom chairs to help promote learning. The stability ball chairs and stability balls with legs will allow students a safe seating option to move around the classroom while they are working and learning. These comfortable seating options will give my students the chance for movement during instruction. The padded stools and sensory chair cushions can be used in place of a traditional classroom chair. The lap desks and saucer chairs will allow students to work on the carpet during independent work. Comfortable flexible seating would give my students a variety of seating options to choose from during daily instruction and maximize learning!
