About my class

Flexible seating allows students to choose the type of seat they want to work in that day. We currently have a few seating options in our classroom right now, including wobble chairs, a standing table, and a floor table. My students would love to be be able to sit in stability ball chairs which allow for movement as well as practicing good posture. While we do have a standing table that seats 4 students, I would like to have a standing desk as well so that a student that wants to work alone would have the choice to sit at a standing desk. Right now, students who sit at the floor table sit on pillows. Have a seat with a back would help with the comfort of those students. Flexible seating options makes my Writing class a fun place for students to come to. Writing, which can often be dull and boring, now is exciting and students look forward to coming.
