My students are students K through 5th grade. They are students who have been identified to be needing either additional layers of support outside of the typical elementary classroom or are in an intensive reading skills group. Our school is located in the suburbs of Harrisburg, PA. The school is a title one school. My students all work very hard in each of the group and would find the opportunity to bring technology into the classroom an added break from the scripted programs that we are currently using in the reading skill groups. The technology would allow me to make the lessons more interactive and be able to incorporate things just as pictures, applications, and other online activities.
