After school, physical extracurricular activities are a great way to get students more involved in their school, stay out of trouble, and stay healthy. But not all students have the academic requirements to get involved in sports even if they wanted to, so that means that they get less involved, have more opportunities to get into trouble, and not stay healthy. Punch Bunch is the group to join for students who need to get involved in school! Punch Bunch is an after school workout group that allows any student to exercise and stay healthy, no matter if they don't have the requirements to join a school team. They won't get cut because they didn't make the "try-outs" but we do expect them to give their classes their best effort and hopefully show progress. The boxing headgear is to help protect them and the boxing pads are to help them practice boxing. Team sports can get expensive because of gear players purchase, but this will be a no-expense alternative for any student.
