The two iPads that I am requesting will go a long way in providing the assistive technology that my students need to access curriculum. For example, there are students in my classroom who are partially verbal and it would be amazing for them to practice on applications where they can request their needs via the iPad. There are a number of applications that provide students an opportunity to listen to a book electronically, provide speech to text or just have value to reinforce different educational concepts. For us these iPads will go a long way in improving the students education.
