With growing interest in international literature, this is a great way for my students to experience "traveling" through reading. These books are a great way for my students to take a break from all of the short stories and passages we do during the day. Since my school does not have a library, providing books they can check out for after school reading is a must! This has been a subject of reading my students have been yearning for since my first year teaching last year. Do you remember the feeling of checking out a book and absolutely falling in love with it? That is what I am hoping to give my students through your donations!
