My scholars are the joy to my life. Over 90% of my scholars have parents who speak Spanish as their second language. So creating a positive and thriving learning community that focuses on communication is a top priority in our classroom. I attempt to make our classroom a safe-haven for my scholars who need a place to be free to inquire and to create. By making each learning experience fun and engaging, our classroom's philosophy is FlUrNing: the act of simultaneously having FUN while LEARNING. I genuinely strive to do what's best for my scholars and to provide them with whatever is needed to be the successful global citizens I know they can be.
