Having the Dremel 3D40 Printer will allow my students to create various projects and then print them out. The creation process requires students to learn how to use the program on the computer, which involves Algebra topics such as the x, y, z axes. Once the student has designed their creation, they can move on to the printing process and watch their computer design become an actual, physical project. Using 3D printers to help people is an area we can explore. Imagine my students having the power to help others in this way!
