Seated between the largest town in South Dakota and a rolling expanse of farmland, the Harrisburg North Middle School supports the diverse needs of students age 11-14 in a team-centered environment. Students come from a variety of social-economic levels and from both rural and urban homes. Our school promotes the differentiated learning needs of our students through customization, enrichment, and club-based extensions of core concepts. We are a quickly expanding school that strives to be on the cutting edge of educational theory and technology. Our district hopes to continue its attempt to stay current in best practices through the use of funds gained from the Donors Choose program.
