This will be my very first year teaching and it happens to be during a pandemic. I am a diverse learning teacher, teaching students from 2nd to 4th grade. As I am setting up my room I am realizing there are essential things all teachers need in order to enrich students learning experiences. After a year of challenges I want to make sure that my students are supplied with the resources they need in order to succeed. I am asking for a printer that will create supplemental activities for a range of students, both in school and at home. With the laminating machine I will offer visual supports, name cards, scheduling, reward charts, and labels. With the dry erase boards and markers, students will have the opportunity to have a hands on experience to demonstrate their knowledge, practice, and implement their math goals. Thank you for taking the time to read my proposal.
