My students must have the opportunity to experience technology and it's applications first hand. By giving students access to a Flashforge 3-D printer the students will be challenged to use the mathematics and science they are learning to make their own unique ideas come to life. Through 3-D modeling software, similar to TinkerCAD, students will be able to design and make their ideas come to life by physically printing their work using a 3D printer. These experiences help my students gain insight and knowledge of what is happening in the real world, and what the expectations the real world has for them.

About my class
