The use of these pens in the classroom will allow students to learn about additive production, structural support, rapid prototyping, and the drafting process with a hands on tool. These pens could change students understanding, and create a life long tool that is beneficial to the future of the students in the industrial world that is becoming more technological on a daily basis. The integration of this tool has lasting effects for the students, and creates tangible artifacts that they can examine, explore, and take home.
