Flexible seating has been shown to be a terrific opportunity to maximize learning opportunities for high energy students. The gentle adjustments and movements necessary while using flexible seating help to occupy otherwise distracted students by creating a passive activity which keeps them in motion while learning. All students, especially those with attention deficit disorders, deserve the opportunity to demonstrate their gifts despite the obstacles they face in learning. Flexible seating provides these students the means to remain in motion hands-free and has been effective in increasing their ability to focus and complete simple and challenging tasks. Balls are the perfect flexible seating: they are soft, lightweight and comfortable, and easy to replace when needed. Please help all of my students have the best environment for learning possible.
