After my first year of teaching first grade, I wanted to find tools to help make the process of learning to read fun! Having students from all different levels and languages, I wan to be able to have games and other resources that not only teach language and reading but engages them to have fun at the same time to help foster a love of learning. These activities will also help develop social skills in my students and they break out of their shells to interact with their peers. Our plan is to use games in small group stations to drive a deeper understanding of the CCS being practiced.
