My name is Sean parnell, I have taught art in Hickory City Schools for 20 years. My base school is Viewmont, however I also serve the students of Oakwood elementary. In addition to art fundamentals and art history, I want my students to know what types of creative jobs are out there. Jobs in the art world impact them in every part of their lives from the clothes they wear to the video games they play. With this page, I would like to bring the technology that is used for these jobs into the classroom. In addition to teaching, I am a freelance illustrator, with these projects I would like to bring my knowledge of technology and art into the classroom in a hands on way.
