Our students face many unique challenges. I teach science and I coach girl's basketball in a small rural town which services a military base. Our student population consists of middle school aged students with a parent or parents who serve actively in the military and students who live off of the base with a parent or parents who work in a small rural area to meet the needs of the family. 100% of our students receive free breakfast and lunch daily.I teach 6th grade science and I sponsor 2 STEM clubs. I also coach the girls basketball team comprised of 7th and 8th grade students. My students are extremely excited to investigate many science concepts and to apply their new knowledge to real world scenarios. Your donation will support them on their journey as they become 21st century learners and citizen scientists.
