Students in my classroom are extremely intelligent, though often times they must be reminded. As part of the recently created Apollo program, they have extended days and additional tutoring support. This school has had historically low testing scores and is no stranger to violence on campus. Students are aware that they have been given the short end of the stick when it comes to their education but also know that with hard work they can and will make it to college.

About my class
