These materials will help show that learning is fun as well as important. There are a few books that will help show how the math concepts we're covering will be used in every day real life. I also hope those books will let me offer some fun, challenging and interesting problems for the students to solve. This is my first year teaching so I am also requesting several items that will help with classroom set up and management. Personal whiteboards that can be used during instruction, geometry tools to use on paper as well as on the whiteboard during instruction. Basic classroom supplies also include staplers, three hole punches, folders, and whiteboard magnets.
