This professional development will lead me to build the structure and atmosphere require for success in my class through differentiation and innovation for learning. Students will benefit directly from a comprehensive path to improve my professional skills. This certification will definitely improve my skills on managing and monitoring students learning, build skills to reflect actively upon my teaching experience and motivate me to participate proactively in my learning community.
