The effective technology classroom a dynamic, versatile space that fosters cooperative work and collaborative problem solving. For the past few months, I have been working to create such a space for my scholars. As a part of this classroom renewal project, these whiteboards will help me to facilitate small group activities with different groups of students. Together, students will be working to solve all kinds of technological problems -- from problems in binary and different number bases, to program design using Python, to making robots out of every day materials. Active, collaborative learning is known to be highly effective with scholars of diverse backgrounds. This project will help me give my scholars the true collaborative space they deserve to build their technical, communication, and problem solving skills.
